Return & Refund Policy

At Zaccha, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through immunity.zaccha.com. If you purchased Zaccha products from an authorized third-party retailer, please contact them directly regarding their return and refund policies.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return due to safety and health regulations.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products marked as final sale.
  • Items purchased through third-party sellers or unauthorized distributors.
  • Products returned without prior authorization.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at help@zaccha.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to ship your return.
  4. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
  • If your return is rejected, we will notify you of the reason, and the product will be returned to you.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please email help@zaccha.com.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes.
  • Zaccha is not responsible for delays or losses caused by international shipping carriers.
